Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to help build reliable, scalable, and rapid-delivery solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, ensuring open communication, high-quality results, and continuous improvement in our cloud and DevOps practices. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring fast and consistent software delivery Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates to create scalable and repeatable environments Support API management and governance through Azure API Management, applying security, transformation and performance policies Integrate AI capabilities (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence) into backend APIs if needed Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reliability and rapid delivery Requirements 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and infrastructure automation (Bicep, Terraform, ARM) Hands-on skills with Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway, Web Apps, etc Commitment to reliable, rapid delivery and open communication within the team Background in .NET development and cloud integration is a plus English proficiency at B2 level or higher
