Lead Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, stakeholders, and deliverables for all different project types in the portfolio (People, Infrastructure, Insourcing, DC, ISC)
    • Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
    • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Work closely with HR & Comms leaders to effectively manage project comms;
    • Work closely with supporting functions (IT, AME, Engineering, Sourcing, etc)
    • Facilitate project reviews and status updates with stakeholders and senior management for OEF (People) projects
  • PMO Governance:
    • Ensure data integrity in Master File & HRP
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and regional business & functional leaders
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project success.
  • Risk Management - People Projects:
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly.
  • Business& Financials Acumen
    • P&L knowledge
    • Key Business metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Relevant Project Management experience, hands-on experience in various fields, and project types
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably within a PMO environment.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Above average leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new requests;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Finance Acumen a Big Plus
  • S4 certification nice to-have
  • SAP Hands-on experience is a plus
