Lighting Project Sales Executive
Overview
We are seeking a driven and design-sensitive Lighting Project Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on developing and managing project-based sales across commercial and luxury residential segments, working closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver tailored lighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and developers
- Identify project opportunities and engage decision-makers to understand lighting requirements and project intent
- Propose customised lighting solutions, including decorative and architectural lighting systems
- Collaborate with project stakeholders on lighting specifications and technical requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, product specifications, and datasheets
- Provide guidance on lighting control and automation systems where applicable
- Present and introduce lighting products and solutions to clients and consultants
- Manage project timelines, follow-ups, and coordination through to completion
- Achieve individual sales targets, with a focus on high-value projects
Requirements
- Experience in project sales, preferably within lighting, electrical, or interior-related industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to read drawings and understand project workflows
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design/software tools is an advantage (not required)
- Interest in architecture, interior design, and lighting applications
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
