Management and Program Analyst

As an Management and Program Analyst, you will conduct and lead diverse and unique projects to improve the performance of the District's subordinate Field Offices and to balance and equitably distribute the workload in those Field Offices.

Defines procedures and guidance to extract, assess, and/or re-define data from enterprise-level systems for complex data requests.

Analyzes facts of a data request or data pull and assembles the data using mathematical, statistical, and qualitative methodologies.

Communicates the results of data mining and analysis in comprehensive reports to decision-makers.

Ensures that accurate, appropriately concise, and timely information is available to executive management officials.

Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S. Federal or Military employee serving overseas. Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
