Performs administrative and management duties essential to office operation, including Human Resources management, budget and financial management, procurement and contract administration, and oversight of office equipment and property.
Serves as the primary point of contact for all aspects of office budget preparation, management, and tracking. Plans and develops budget estimates, creates and monitor obligations, process reimbursements, and tracking expenses.
Supports contract management by monitoring performance, processing invoices, and maintaining records. Coordinates contractor clearances, access, and equipment requirements. Provides backup support to the Contracting Officer Representative Level III.
Oversees asset management by tracking, issuing, receiving, transferring, and disposing of equipment. Maintains accurate records and conducts annual inventories in accordance with established policies, procedures, and deadlines.

Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S. Federal or Military employee serving overseas. Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
