Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative procedures to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy document retrieval
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail, to facilitate communication
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment to support operational needs
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and memos to support internal and external communications
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Archive documents properly and track contracts, licenses, and other important records for compliance
- Process invoices, payment requests, and reimbursement claims to support financial administration
- Monitor department expenses and budgets to maintain financial control
- Assist with procurement activities and vendor payments to ensure timely transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries to provide effective customer support
- Coordinate communications between departments to promote collaboration
- Handle basic customer service matters to resolve routine issues
