Manager of Engineering Project Managers, Core Platform

As the manager of this team, you will hire, develop, coach, and inspire Core Platform EPMs, supporting the Core Platform engineering organization. Your team serves as the primary SWE EPM function during the pre-silicon phase - coordinating across hardware and software organizations to drive pre-silicon and bringup readiness for every new Apple SoC. You will also collaborate with program management leaders across SWE, HWE, HWTech, Silicon Engineering Group, and Platform Architecture to improve how Apple delivers silicon programs at scale. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience 2+ years of managing project managers, as well as experience in managing people managers Demonstrated ability to drive large cross-functional programs spanning software, hardware, and silicon organizations Strong mentorship and leadership skills; proven ability to guide, develop, and inspire others Solid analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as an ability to influence and impact key decision Experience with leading and enhancing existing processes and engineering new processes at scale. Preferred Qualifications BS or MS in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Experience driving embedded silicon bring-up projects
