Manager, Operations Key Account Management
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic customer accounts and serve as the primary client contact.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Ensure achievement of service levels (SLAs), KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage account profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions.
- Support business growth through account development and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Equivalent
- At least 8 years in 3PL or handling logistics operations
- Experience in Semiconductor operations and customer management
- Knowledge of Airfreight
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Proactive team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Chinese language proficiency is required to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and overseas counterparts
