Manufacturing Supervisor (5 days) [EL]

Job Description

• Manage the production department and ensure daily operations run efficiently
• Lead the team to achieve production targets while meeting quality and safety standards
• Ensure manpower planning, staff development, and team discipline are well maintained
• Monitor equipment performance and take immediate action on operational issues
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures, work schedules, and security standards
• Drive lean manufacturing improvements and encourage team participation in suggestion systems
• Allocate resources for production improvement projects and problem-solving activities
• Ensure proper cleanroom practices and production standards are followed
• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve production and quality issues
• Communicate company objectives clearly to improve team performance and engagement

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent discipline
• Good knowledge of Q.S.E standards and workplace compliance
• Proficient in lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methods
• Experience in production reporting, manpower planning, and operations management
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
