Production Team Leader (5 days / Manufacturing) [EL]
Job Description
- Supervise and direct the production team to meet operational targets and customer expectations
- Take ownership of team performance, productivity, and daily production results
- Ensure proper staffing, team motivation, and competency development
- Enforce company policies, production schedules, and workplace discipline when necessary
- Manage production operations according to quality, safety, and pull flow standards
- Monitor machine operations and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime and wastage
- Promote continuous improvement culture through employee suggestions and action plans
- Support problem-solving projects and ensure timely implementation of solutions
- Share company goals and align team efforts with business strategy
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and product quality requirements
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve quality concerns effectively
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Strong awareness of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Experience with lean manufacturing systems and continuous improvement practices
- Familiar with QRQC, 8D, TPM, SMED, and problem-solving methodologies
- Strong leadership and production planning skills
