Production Supervisor (5 days / Manufacturing) [EL]

Job Description

• Lead and manage the production team to meet customer requirements and business goals
• Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operations
• Motivate and guide team members while ensuring sufficient manpower and skill coverage
• Ensure compliance with work schedules, company procedures, and facility security
• Organize production flow to achieve output targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Monitor equipment performance and respond quickly to operational issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and encourage employee suggestions (LISS)
• Lead problem-solving projects and allocate resources for improvement plans
• Communicate company strategy and ensure team understanding of business objectives
• Maintain cleanroom standards and ensure zero balancing of chips
• Follow up on production quality issues with engineering teams for corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Quality, Safety, and Environmental (Q.S.E) policies
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, Kamishibai, and Red Bin
• Familiar with improvement tools like QRQC, 8D, SMED, and TPM
• Good understanding of team organization, reporting systems, and production standards
