Marketing Assistant Manager
Roles:
The primary responsibility of a Marketing Assistant Manager is to engage in all sales related activities pertaining to the business activities of NRS and its affiliated companies, associates and partners. This involves direct selling activities but will also be called upon to perform other non-sales related activities and work closely with other departmental functions to achieve the goals set by the company.
Responsiblities :
- Direct sales activities to meet company goals, sales standards and KPI
- Participate in training and performance evaluations
- Monitor progress, results and establish contingency plans
- Engage in departmental discussions to resolve customer issues pertaining to operations, customer service, receivables or any other sales-related issues
- Sales engagement with both local and oversea offices and customers
- Preparation of Pricing & Quotations
- Assist SM in the provision of SOP, competitive studies & analysis
- Assist SM in the Annual Budget preparations
- Identify market trends and analyse them to provide sales leads to SM.
- Contribute to the development of the company by pursuing optimal solutions sought by customers.
Qualification :
- Tertiary Education.
- Relevant experience in the Logistics, Transportation or Freight Forwarding field with no less than 3 - 5 years working background.
- Experience in marketing and information analysis.
- Experience in Tank operations or leasing with knowledge in the Chemical Industry.
- Ability to converse in Japanese is a must.
