Member of Enterprise Technology, IT Systems

You will architect, configure, and maintain the enterprise technology backbone, owning systems such as Google Workspace and Kandji MDM and their integrations. You will build automated provisioning workflows using SCIM and APIs, implement SSO and SCIM provisioning for SaaS applications, manage MDM policies and device provisioning, and provide escalated support during high-volume periods. You will collaborate with security and other stakeholders, produce technical documentation, and translate stakeholder needs into secure, scalable operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain enterprise systems and integrations
• Drive configuration, optimization, and security hardening of Google Workspace and Kandji MDM
• Build automated provisioning workflows using SCIM and API integrations
• Implement SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC and manage SCIM provisioning
• Manage device management infrastructure including MDM policies and hardware provisioning
• Configure endpoint security and Chrome OS management
• Lead technical design and implementation of scalable and secure integrations
• Collaborate on system audits and compliance requirements
• Provide systems administration and escalated technical support
• Create technical documentation and system architecture guidance

Requirements

• 4+ years managing enterprise identity and systems platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, or similar)
• Hands-on configuration experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune
• Proven experience implementing SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC) and SCIM provisioning across SaaS applications
• Experience building automations and integrations via APIs, scripting, or platform-native tools
• Willingness to assist with user-facing issues and provide operational support when needed
• Scripting or programming experience (Python, JavaScript, Bash) for custom integrations and automation
• Experience with Google Workspace API or Okta API for advanced automation (preferred)
• Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries (preferred)
