Mid-Level React Native Engineer

You will design, build, and maintain React Native applications that compose reusable modules for iOS and Android. You will define clean interfaces between modules, translate product ideas into shippable mobile experiences, validate AI-generated code, and iterate through prototyping, testing, releasing, and post-launch improvements to ensure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain React Native applications that leverage shared modules
• Contribute to a modular architecture enabling rapid assembly of apps from reusable components
• Collaborate with mobile, backend, and product teams to define clean interfaces and ensure integration
• Translate product ideas into shippable mobile experiences with focus on speed quality and scalability
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation while ensuring correctness and maintainability
• Validate and review AI-generated code for quality and security
• Contribute to shared UI patterns component libraries and developer tooling
• Participate in the full development lifecycle including prototyping building testing releasing and iterating
• Support app store deployments releases and post-launch improvements
• Debug issues across the stack and improve reliability and performance of mobile apps

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on React Native experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience building and shipping production mobile apps for iOS and/or Android
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture and modular design principles
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate complex backend-driven features
• Experience using or strong interest in AI developer tools (e.g., Claude Codex)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and validate code for quality
• Familiarity with mobile performance debugging and testing best practices
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
