Night Front Office Agent

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and assist guests during the night shift with check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle guest requests efficiently
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours
  • Perform night audit procedures and prepare daily reports
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
