Office Administrator – Accounting & HR
We are seeking an Office Administrator who is responsible for supporting daily office operations. The role includes handling correspondence, survey, accounting transaction and HR payroll processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of accounts.
- Maintain proper, accurate and timely financial records and documentation.
- Process staff business claims and corporate credit cards.
- Assist with other finance-related tasks as required.
- Prepare and submit Global Trader Programme survey filings with Enterprise Singapore.
- Support recruitment activities, job posting, screening and interviewing.
- Ensure payroll processing and CPF submissions are accurate and completed on time.
- Handle IR8A filings for employees and ensure compliance with other HR-related statutory requirements.
- Handle all work passes renewal and new applications.
- Preparation of offer letters and employment agreements for candidates.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, CPF submissions, and IR8A filings for compliance with Singapore regulations.
- Ability to multitasking and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, meticulous, and highly adaptable.
- Preferably able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with colleagues in China.
