Office Administrator – Accounting & HR

We are seeking an Office Administrator who is responsible for supporting daily office operations. The role includes handling correspondence, survey, accounting transaction and HR payroll processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare full set of accounts.
  • Maintain proper, accurate and timely financial records and documentation.
  • Process staff business claims and corporate credit cards.
  • Assist with other finance-related tasks as required.
  • Prepare and submit Global Trader Programme survey filings with Enterprise Singapore.
  • Support recruitment activities, job posting, screening and interviewing.
  • Ensure payroll processing and CPF submissions are accurate and completed on time.
  • Handle IR8A filings for employees and ensure compliance with other HR-related statutory requirements.
  • Handle all work passes renewal and new applications.
  • Preparation of offer letters and employment agreements for candidates.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, CPF submissions, and IR8A filings for compliance with Singapore regulations.
  • Ability to multitasking and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, meticulous, and highly adaptable.
  • Preferably able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with colleagues in China.
