Officer, Corporate Services
Main Responsibilities
- Printing, Enveloping and Sorting - Daily transaction advices, monthly statement and mass printing.
- Electronic Document Handling - Scanning and/or upload documents into digital platform.
- Physical Document Handling – Manage filing of physical document onsite and liaise with offsite service provider on stakeholder request
- Mailroom Management - Assist with office mailing services such as arranging daily courier/postage, mail collection, distribution & monitoring
Other responsibilities
- Provide coverage for Reception duties
- Support other team members on other various tasks as and when required
Requirements
- Min. Nitec or equivalent in any field
- Min 2-3 years of direct admin experience, preferably in banking sector.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, meticulous, and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft office, knowledge in Avaloq system will be an advantage
- Project a neat and presentable image as there will be receptionist duties coverage
