Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer, vehicle and booking related administrative processes.
  • Process and verify documents, agreements and supporting paperwork.
  • Attend to inbound customer enquiries from existing and potential customers.
  • Assist in onboarding and verification of new customers.
  • Investigate and follow up on customer complaints, vehicle damage cases, and rental incidents.
  • Follow up on invoices, payments and pending cases.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Key Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and follow up on tasks effectively.
