Operations Executive – Weddings & Events

Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month, excluding OT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Availability: Must be able to work weekends
Open To: Singaporeans, PRs and Malaysians

About the Role

The Interior Collections is hiring a dedicated and hands-on Operations Executive to support our growing wedding, event styling and floral design team in Singapore.

This role is suitable for someone organised, responsible and physically fit, with an interest in weddings, events, venue setup, event logistics, inventory management and styling operations. You will help prepare, deliver, set up and tear down decor, props, floral items and event materials for weddings, corporate events and styled venues.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare inventory, decor, props and materials for weddings and events

  • Handle and transport fragile decor, floral items and event props with care

  • Ensure punctual delivery, setup and teardown at event venues

  • Support on-site event setup for weddings, solemnisation setups, corporate events and styled venues

  • Deliver online orders on time and ensure proper proof of delivery

  • Collect floral stock, props or materials from suppliers and nurseries when required

  • Maintain, organise and update event inventory and storage areas

  • Ensure store upkeep, cleanliness and proper stock organisation

  • Work closely with florists, stylists and the operations team to ensure smooth event execution

Requirements

  • Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence

  • Able to work weekends, especially during peak wedding and event days

  • Experience in weddings, events, logistics, operations or venue setup is a strong plus

  • Physically fit and able to assist with setup, teardown, loading and unloading

  • Responsible, punctual, organised and detail-oriented

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow event schedules closely

  • Positive attitude and willing to be hands-on
