As an Oracle EPM Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PBCS - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional business application consulting services within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to support client engagements, providing premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capabilities. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You will also identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives, including Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and PBCS, to drive client engagement workstreams
- Managing client accounts and fostering relationships to support business application consulting services
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and other tools to enhance insights generation and decision-making
- Developing and implementing business rules and optimization models to improve operational performance management
- Conducting process root cause analysis to identify opportunities for cost management and profitability enhancement
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to promote growth and learning agility
- Creating and reviewing performance reports to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational effectiveness
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address financial planning and analysis challenges and deliver high-quality solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for financial planning and forecasting
- Managing performance assessment and optimization models effectively
- Excelling in business process analysis and root cause analysis
- Leading teams in enterprise integration and operational performance management
