As an Oracle HCM Technical - Manager, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Oracle practice, focusing on delivering innovative Oracle HCM solutions. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by leading teams and independently solving complex problems to produce quality deliverables. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your strategic planning and mentoring skills to inspire your team, manage performance, and deliver on client expectations. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle HCM technical workstreams and managing client support engagements
- Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution of Oracle-based solutions
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system functionality
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate business transformation initiatives
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Data Integration solutions
- Promoting process improvement and optimization within Oracle technology projects
- Validating data integrity and compliance within Oracle application frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for leveraging Oracle technologies to improve business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and business transformation
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in client engagements
- Leading teams with a focus on process improvement and optimization
