As an Oracle PPM - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for various business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, which includes managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions, contributing to the broader objectives of your projects and the firm's overall strategy.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle Financials software solutions effectively
- Configuring and maintaining Oracle Finance systems to optimize financial processes
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
- Managing financial processes including general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance financial reporting and forecasting
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with clients to improve business process efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Developing financial models and conducting financial statement analysis
- Confirming compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Leading finance transformation initiatives to drive business improvements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Experience in project costing, project billing, Grant accounting.
- Utilizing analytical thinking for financial forecasting and modeling
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and financial reporting
- Managing finance transformation and process improvements
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in complex environments
