Outlet Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outlet sales performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Actively sell and promote company products to maximize revenue and customer conversion.
- Lead, coach, and motivate outlet staff to deliver strong sales performance and upselling results.
- Set daily and weekly sales targets for staff and monitor individual contribution to outlet KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service to enhance repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally while protecting sales opportunities and brand reputation.
- Conduct product training and sales coaching for staff, focusing on selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Plan manpower deployment to maximize sales during peak hours, promotions, and high traffic periods.
- Monitor sales transactions, cash handling, and ensure accuracy of daily closing reports.
- Track inventory levels and ensure key selling items are always available to support sales targets.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure strong on-ground implementation at outlet level.
- Enforce loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and protect sales margin.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and report outlet performance to Area Operations Manager.
- Analyse sales trends, customer feedback, and product performance to recommend improvement actions.
- Ensure outlet consistently meets operational standards while maximizing profitability.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned to support business growth.
