  • Greet, welcome, and attend to all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Sorting and distributing mails
  • Providing general office management support
  • Ensuring the office environment is clean, tidy, and well-stocked
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are set up and ready for scheduled meetings
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors
