Patient Service Associate

Job Summary

You will support clinic operations by managing patient registration and appointment scheduling, performing billing and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities

  • Register patients and schedule appointments while responding to phone and email enquiries to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Coordinate clinical investigations by assisting nursing and clinical staff to facilitate patient care
  • Perform billing tasks accurately to support clinic financial processes
  • Assist doctors during patient consultations and examinations to enhance clinical efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing of patient records to ensure data integrity and accessibility
  • Carry out general administrative duties as assigned to support daily clinic functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess at least 'N'/'O' Levels qualifications, or equivalent
  • Demonstrate good command of English to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and service orientation to contribute positively to the clinic environment
  • Show friendly disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills to engage well with patients and colleagues
  • Have at least 1 year of experience working in a private clinic setting, which will be an added advantage
