People Business Partner
In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical programs.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner or similar role
Demonstrated success driving people strategies that support business priorities and elevate the employee experience
Experience serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, with a proven ability to influence decisions and inspire new ways of thinking
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, both as a lead and a supporting team member, demonstrating best practices across multiple sites and functions.
Strong communication both in Mandarin and English
Strong influencing skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
