PERM | Crew Data Officer | Data Analysis & Cost Control | Up to $5,500 #NKA

Location: Pasir Panjang

Working Hours:
Mon - Thu: 8.30am to 5.00pm
Fri: 8.30am to 4.00pm

Salary: Up to $5,500/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly cost analysis and budget variance reviews, identifying trends, discrepancies and cost overruns.
• Prepare reports and summaries to support management decision-making and operational planning.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting and cost monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and cost allocation.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between operational records and financial postings.
• Support payroll administration, including verification of payment requests, claims and payroll-related records.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to obtain and verify required information.
• Support process improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, budgeting, cost control or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and explain variances clearly.
• Prior experience in payroll, finance, operations or cost analysis will be advantageous.
