PERM | Senior Sales Executive, Service Contracts | Up to $5000 #NKA

Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow service contract portfolio.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable maintenance solutions.
• Prepare, negotiate, and review maintenance contracts, rates, and terms & conditions.
• Participate in tenders and prepare submission documents.
• Liaise with operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Support digital initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Assist with overdue payment follow-ups and prepare monthly sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
• 2–5 years of sales/account management experience, preferably in lift/elevator, building services, M&E, facilities management, or maintenance services industry
• Experience handling service contracts, tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations preferred
