Practical Nurse (Outpatient)

About the Position: This position is located in an outpatient Family Health and Internal Medicine clinic within a medical facility. The clinic provides services to a diverse patient population, including adults and families. The working environment is fast-paced and patient-centered, with a focus on preventive care and disease management. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional extended hours overtime as needed. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Perform patient intake, including assessment of vital signs, health history, and documentation in electronic health record.

Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered by providers.

Assist providers with examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests.

Provide patient education on health maintenance, chronic disease management, and medication adherence.

Monitors patient responses during and after procedures.

Coordinate patient flow and support efficient clinic operations.

Provides practical nursing care to patients in the outpatient clinic with a variety of medical conditions.
