Product Manager (Digital Platform / Government Sector)

About the Role
You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle of citizen-facing digital services within a Singapore Government agency. The role focuses on delivering secure, accessible, and scalable services that improve public service delivery.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $9,500 (basic) + AWS
• Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for government digital services
• Work with policy, operations, and IT stakeholders to translate policy intent into digital solutions
• Lead user research with citizens and internal officers
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable systems
• Ensure compliance with government digital, security, and accessibility standards
• Monitor product performance and service adoption metrics

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management or digital delivery experience
• Experience working in government, regulated industries, or large enterprises preferred
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple agencies/functions
• Familiarity with Agile delivery in large-scale environments
• Understanding of user-centric design and service design principles
