Product Solutions & Operations Manager(Digital Advertising) -12 months contract

Overview

We are looking for a driven and strategic individual to join our Product Solutions & Operations team. This role focuses on growing the adoption of advertising and measurement products by working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, enabling sales teams, and providing market insights to improve product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and growth of advertising and measurement products across Southeast Asia
• Partner with sales teams to develop best practices and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategy and execute go-to-market plans
• Deliver training and create marketing materials to support internal teams
• Gather and analyze market feedback, customer needs, and industry trends
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and roadmap decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, digital advertising, strategy, or related fields
• Strong ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analysis and market insights
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing or digital advertising campaigns
• Understanding of marketing trends and client objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

Salary : S$6,000.00 - S$8,000.00
