Program Manager – Community Investment Initiatives, Managing Director Office, Greater China

This role serves as the program owner, responsible for shaping and driving a portfolio of giving initiatives—from new program incubation to scaled execution—ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and delivering measurable impact both externally and internally. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, program leadership, and hands-on execution, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment. Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of experience in CSR, Corporate Giving, or related fields, ideally within multinational organizations Proven track record of leading complex, multi-project programs from strategy through execution Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional audiences Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel Fluent in English and Mandarin Preferred Qualifications Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy Experience building or scaling programs in evolving environments Background in operations, business management, or corporate communications is a plus
