Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination for projects

• Project documentation and planning

• Responsible in ensuring smooth execution of projects

• Ensuring full completion of projects

• Liaising between parties (clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants) for projects

• Responsible in balancing and control of budget of allocated projects

• Representation of company in coordination meetings

• Work closely with the administrative and technical departments


Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.

• Able to read and understand architectural/structural drawings will be an added advantage

• Relevant experience in construction industry will be an added advantage

• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license, own vehicle advantage
