PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities


  • Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety
  • Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specifications
  • Coordination and monitoring of progress on sites
  • Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design, and contractual issues and updating of project progress reports


Requirements


  • Project management experiences in A&A Works preferred
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and AutoCAD knowledge and user experience
  • Possess good leadership and organizing abilities
