Project Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Support: Prepare quotations, invoices, sales presentations, and tender documents.

* Project Coordination: Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across teams.

* Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and order status updates.

* Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales metrics, and project documentation.

* Procurement Liaison:Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely material delivery.

## Requirements

* Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or project support.

* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
