Job Summary

You will manage supplier interactions and administrative tasks to support smooth procurement and delivery processes in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source and compare supplier quotes to identify cost-effective options
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing and confirm delivery schedules
  • Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure accurate records
  • Resolve discrepancies in orders and invoices to ensure order accuracy
  • Verify delivery items against orders to confirm completeness and correctness
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support procurement and office operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to facilitate vendor and client interactions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and record keeping
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Note:

  • This is a 5.5 days work week and the workplace is at woodlands
