Job Description:

1. 0-5 Years of Exp in IT Staffing

2. Should have strong experience in US laws and sourcing through different channels

3. Must be strong in understanding technology
4. Should have past experience in technical screening
5. Should have excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Github, Stack overflow, Linked-in, etc.
6. Must have a good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space
7. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
8. A good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools is a Plus

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's Degree and/or a MBA from a reputed College/University
