Recruiter (Entry Level/Freshers)

We are looking for smart go-getters who have the right attitude and aptitude. Should be from a good university. Freshers would also work if they fit the profile.

REQUIREMENTS:
-0-1 Years of Exp in IT Staffing
-Should have strong experience in US laws and sourcing through different channels
-Must be strong in understanding technology
-Should have past experience in technical screening
-Should have excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Dice, -Monster, Indeed, Github, Stackoverflow, Linked-in, etc.
-Must have a good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space
-Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
-A good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools is a Plus

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree and/or a MBA
