Job Summary

You will play a key role in meeting the company’s staffing needs by managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes to identify and secure qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill staffing needs effectively
• Screen candidates through interviews and phone assessments to select those who meet job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients to ensure smooth communication
• Adapt quickly and maintain productivity in a fast-paced work environment
• Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with candidates and clients to support talent acquisition goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Nitec certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate passion for recruitment and a people-oriented approach
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
