Reservation Agent

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Provide detailed information about room types, rates, packages, and resort amenities
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our reservation management system
  • Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue
  • Assist guests with modifying or canceling reservations as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, events, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Generate reports and maintain reservation records as required
  • Support the front desk team during peak times or as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
