Restaurant & Banquet Manager (m/f/d)
How does your workday look like...
- You are responsible for the successful operational management of the restaurant and banquet department – including achieving budget targets and ensuring smooth, high-quality service operations.
- You motivate your team and see coaching, developing, and challenging your service crew as second nature. You organize trainings, team meetings, and power briefings.
- As a passionate host, you make sure our guests enjoy a true “WOW experience” and actively work alongside the team in both the restaurant and banquet areas.
- You take care of administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, creating manuals and checklists, reservation management, and more.
- You support your team with an infectious smile when all guests seem to order at the same time – and you stay cool and in control even when plans change spontaneously.
Your personality counts more than your CV …
- You have gained initial leadership experience in a similar role and ideally worked in this position within the hospitality industry.
- You enjoy working with career changers and apprentices and develop your team into true service talents. A professional recruiting process is important to you – you carefully select your service crew and ensure a well-structured onboarding.
- You inspire your team just as much as our guests. You are confident in service organization and skilled in creating efficient duty rosters.
- You enjoy taking responsibility, work independently, and actively contribute ideas to further develop the restaurant, optimize processes, and support marketing and sales initiatives.
- You stand for the high quality of our products, have a genuine passion for great food and drinks, and love Italian cuisine.
