Product Manager, Shopping Experience

This role will develop product strategies, identify opportunities, and design solutions that set the standard for a personalized digital retail experience that upholds Apple’s privacy values. You will lead a cross-functional team including business, marketing, design, data science, and engineering to deliver on the strategies that you create. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years Product Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences in a revenue-driven organization. Proficient in web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms. Experience leveraging data and insights to deliver customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally. BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and delivering personalized experiences, including incorporating the latest generative AI capabilities and user experience standards. Familiarity with Apple OS frameworks, AI toolkits, and Human Interface Guidelines. Ability to lead significant digital transformations, including adopting new technology platforms and defining operational processes. Possess strong technical skills with the ability to dive into architecture and designs in order to partner with solution architects and engineering teams. Capable of moving from high-level conceptual ideas to detailed, systematically organized plans and implementations. Proven ability to translate complex information into concise, and compelling narratives appropriate for different stakeholders, fostering alignment across all organizational levels.
