Sales Account Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new customers and drive sales growth with existing accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Prepare quotations and tender documents, collaborating closely with Product units to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while consistently achieving business targets.

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
  • At least one year of relevant working experience; however, motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in corporate sales or an equivalent capacity is preferred.
  • Sales experience within the logistics, healthcare, government, finance, telecommunications, or retail sectors is advantageous.
  • Willingness to commit to extended working hours as required by business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
