Sales Administrative Assistant

Job description:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Prepare quotation/DO/Invoice/CIPL
  • Follow up with customer enquiry
  • ⁠Follow up quotation
  • Spare part inquiry
  • Provide general and ad-hoc administrative support as required

Job requirements:

  • O level or equivalent qualifications
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin & Malay
  • Good team player, mature, independent, multi-tasker, initiative, meticulous, proactive and positive working attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to start work within short notice
  • No experience also welcome to apply.
