Sales Administrative Assistant
Job description:
- Provide administrative support
- Prepare quotation/DO/Invoice/CIPL
- Follow up with customer enquiry
- Follow up quotation
- Spare part inquiry
- Provide general and ad-hoc administrative support as required
Job requirements:
- O level or equivalent qualifications
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin & Malay
- Good team player, mature, independent, multi-tasker, initiative, meticulous, proactive and positive working attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to start work within short notice
