Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuringsmooth and efficient operations.

-Coordinate and manage sales orders, including orderprocessing, tracking, and delivery scheduling.

-Liaise with clients to resolve queries

-Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, andother related documents.

-Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meettargets and business goals.

-Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics,marketing, and finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurateinvoicing.

-Track and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stockfor sales needs.

-Participate in meetings to share insights, discusspotential leads, and drive team performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similarrole.

Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitaskand prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint,Word).

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in processingorders and reports.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to thecompany’s growth.

Knowledge of CRM systems/Zoho is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive/AccountExecutive with at least 1 year of experience in System Integrator (SI) or ITDistribution environments.

The role focuses on cybersecurity and infrastructuresolutions, working closely with vendors, partners, and customers to driverevenue and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customeraccounts in the cybersecurity and infrastructure domain

• Promote and sell solutions including (but not limited to):

• Cybersecurity (SIEM, SOC/MDR, Endpoint, Firewall, VAPT,PAM, etc.)

• Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking,Virtualization)

• Work with system integrators, resellers, distributors, andvendors to support opportunities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution presentations

• Coordinate with pre-sales / technical teams for solutiondesign and sizing

• Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and follow up on leads

• Participate in customer meetings, demos, and partnerengagements

• Support tender / RFP / RFQ responses when required

• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT sales experience in SI or ITDistribution

• Exposure to cybersecurity and/or IT infrastructuresolutions is required

• Basic understanding of enterprise IT concepts (networking,servers, security, cloud)

• Experience working with vendors, distributors, or channelpartners

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to workindependently

• Comfortable with both hunting (new business) and farming(existing accounts)

Good to Have (Advantage)

• Experience selling cybersecurity products or services(SIEM, SOC, Firewall, Endpoint, VAPT, PAM)

• Experience handling enterprise or government customers

• Familiarity with distributors and vendors in thecybersecurity / infrastructure space

• Prior experience supporting tenders or large projects
