Job Summary

Drive business growth by combining technical expertise with client-facing sales. Assess customer needs, deliver tailored mechanical engineering solutions, and provide end-to-end support across the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the aerospace sector to expand market presence
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals that address client requirements and demonstrate solution value
  • Conduct product demonstrations to effectively communicate technical features and benefits to clients
  • Close sales deals by negotiating terms and aligning solutions with customer needs
  • Provide after-sales support including troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing installation processes, and conducting site visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and timely follow-up
  • Accurately log all client interactions and sales activities in CRM to support sales tracking and forecasting
  • Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Travel within Singapore as needed to meet clients and support sales activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possession of a valid driving licence is advantageous for client visits and site support
