Sales Clerk
Job Description
- Assist the team in daily sales and marketing activities.
- Support and coordinate with the operation team and production teams to meet the customers requirement.
- Engage customers through emails, phone and social media
- Expertise in pricing, scheduling and planning to meet sale targets.
- Solving the customers' complains and assist cash collection.
- Maintain and update customers records.
- Understand the drawing and familiar with glass and aluminium manufacturing and construction works.
- Prepare quotation and tender doucmentation.
- Ensure the smooth handover of contracts with customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in microsoft offices, adobe and xero.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Independent, responsibilities and willing to learn
- Good at problem solving skills and customer management.
