Sales Consultant (JLR/Volvo/NIO/Polestar)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
  • Source and engage external prospects through proactive outreach and networking
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding each client’s needs, offering personalised recommendations, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable journey from first contact to after-sales support
  • Ensure all documentation, compliance a nd vehicle delivery standards are in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, company processes and legal requirements
  • Any other job duties as assigned by your Manager

Requirements

  • Proven automotive sales track record
  • Experience in automotive or luxury retail will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
