SALES EXECUTIVE

The Role

You will be responsible for acquiring and managing freight forwarding accounts — primarily ocean freight. We are looking for someone who already has existing client relationships and is ready to bring them across.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of freight forwarding clients, with a focus on ocean FCL and LCL
  • Bring existing accounts and relationships from day one
  • Prospect and close new clients across commodity traders, manufacturers, and FMCG companies
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor rates, carrier movements, and client needs
  • Meet and exceed monthly volume and revenue targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of freight forwarding or shipping line sales experience in Singapore
  • Existing portfolio of accounts or strong industry relationships that can be transitioned
  • Good knowledge of ocean freight, trade lanes, and carrier networks
  • Self-motivated, hungry, and comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communicator in English; additional languages an advantage
