Sales Executive (School Admissions)

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Admissions & Student Enrollment

  • Handle inquiries from parents/students and provide course recommendations.
  • Manage student enrollments, registrations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain student records and ensure timely fee collection.

🔹 Marketing & Outreach

  • Promote courses through social media, digital marketing, and partnerships.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and referral programs.
  • Create promotional materials (brochures, social media content, ads).

🔹 Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Build strong relationships with parents and students.
  • Gather and showcase student success stories and testimonials.
  • Coordinate renewal of enrollments and encourage sign-ups for additional courses.

🔹 Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance and student enrollment data.

📍 Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or education is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Able to work on both weekends (with one weekday off) and commit to a 5.5-day workweek.
